OneKava operates as a professional brokerage and trade facilitation service. Our fees and commissions are assessed based on our dedicated effort, the strategic use of our global network, specialized sourcing expertise, and the proprietary information provided to our clients.
All service fees are transparently discussed and negotiated prior to the finalization of any transaction. These terms are formalized through written agreements, including Sales and Purchase Agreements (SPA), in strict accordance with international trade standards and ICC (International Chamber of Commerce) guidelines.
We are committed to the successful execution of every trade facilitation. However, we recognize that global trade can be complex. To protect our clients, we enforce the following:
Trade Facilitation Performance: If a sale, purchase, or specific service is not successfully delivered following the payment of a facilitation fee, we offer a 30-day return policy.
Enforcement: This policy is strictly enforced in instances where the trade facilitation did not take place or did not conclude to the mutual satisfaction of both parties involved.
Resolution: Our goal is to ensure a fair and equitable outcome for all stakeholders through transparent communication and professional accountability.
